WAIVER
In the event of failure by you to comply with these general conditions of use, our failure to exercise the right to act against you does not represent our waiver of action for the violation of the obligations assumed by you.
MINORS

THE CONTRACT
The display of the “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” constitutes an invitation to offer.
To purchase a product you must follow the following steps:
- Select the product;
- Select the customizations to apply to the product (lettering, color or size);
- Add the product to the cart;
- Check out by registering on the site or via quick access;
- Choice of payment method;
- Choice of shipping method;
- Order confirmation;
Next the “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” will:
- Send you an email containing the data to make the payment (if the chosen payment method is via bank transfer or Postepay top-up);
- Redirect you to the page containing the PayPal payment form on the PayPal website (if the chosen payment method is via PayPal);
- Only after payment has been received the “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” will prepare the order for shipping;
- When the package is given to the courier the “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” will send the customer an email containing the code to track the shipment;
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN POLICY
Subject to the exceptions indicated below, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the day you received the ordered product. If you have appointed a trusted person to collect the product, your right of withdrawal starts from the day the product is delivered to the designated person, other than the courier.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary that the relevant communication is sent before the expiry of the 14 day period, and that the product is returned to the "SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” following the instructions that will be provided.
EFFECTS OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In the event of withdrawal by the buyer, all payments received in relation to the product subject to the withdrawal will be refunded.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have provided proof that you have returned it. The product must be returned within 14 days from the day of communication of the withdrawal. The costs relating to returning the product are your responsibility.
EXCEPTION TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:
- Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- Products opened or otherwise used by the buyer.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY
All prices include VAT applicable by law.

CUSTOMS
If the goods ordered from “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” should they be delivered outside of Italy you may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional customs clearance costs will be your responsibility.
WARRANTIES ON PRODUCTS SOLD
By purchasing as a consumer the products offered by “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL”, the buyer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity to which the seller is required by law for each good sold. The legal guarantee to which the “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” as seller, guarantees the goods against defects in conformity with the sales contract. Pursuant to the law, in the event of applicability of the legal guarantee, you will have the right to have the conformity of the goods restored without charge through repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, to a reduction in the purchase price or termination of the contract. The “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” is therefore liable for defects of conformity if they appear within two years from the date of delivery of the goods and in any case within two months from discovery of the defect.
To the extent permitted by law, the “SPEEDYDECAL PLUS SRL” declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of the delivery country other than Italy.
